If you change your mind, no need to worry. We will accept returns for 14 days after you have received your item. All items must be in sellable condition in order for us to accept them. Please email email@example.com for the return address. Once your item is received, we will issue you a refund. Refunds will be placed back on the exact card used.
Shipping for all returns are at the customers expense.
We will happily accept refunds on sale items, unless they are on clearance. Sale prices also cannot be applied retroactively to purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method used on the order and a notification email will be sent to you. Shipping charges are not reimbursable and will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds may take up to two weeks after reciept at our fufillment center. If after two weeks, the refund still has not been received contact the card issuing bank of the payment method used on your order to see why the refund has not posted. If this has been done and there are still questions/concerns regarding your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item was a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift certificate in the amount of the returned product minus shipping charges will be issued in lieu of a refund to the original payment method.
If for any reason you decide to cancel your order, it can be cancelled so long as the order hasn't been fulfilled and shipped. Orders that have been sent to fufillment and / or shipped will be charged for shipping and a return will have to be done once you receive your package.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISSING MERCHANDISE
Although we would like to think we are perfect, sometimes defects slip through the cracks. Please report damaged, defective or missing merchandise no later than 5 business days of delivery by emailing email@example.com Our team will work with you on a timely return and subsequent replacement. Please allow three business days for response.
Please be aware that after 14 days, we will not accept any damaged goods. Horses are big animals and sometimes tend to ruin things.
If your case experiences shipping damage please be sure to keep any and all packaging/boxes/foam received, as it is required for insurance damage claims. Failure to do so can mean denial of insurance claims.
