Shipping

We ship our equestrian collection using Chit Chats and Canada Post. We can ship to any country in the world. For international orders (those of you from outside of Canada), all duties and taxes are your responsibility to pay.

Returns

Did you change your mind? That’s fine, we totally get it (we know you still think our products are awesome).

 

We are happy to cancel or change an equestrian gear or apparel order at any time before shipment. Send an email to hello@rebelequestrian.com and we will sort everything out.

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original condition in original packaging. Please keep in mind that we cannot refund the shipping costs.

 

If you have received a faulty product please let us know right away. We would be happy to replace your product with the same item. If for some reason we cannot replace it with the same item, we will offer a store credit.

 

After 14 days of purchase, we will no longer offer a replacement. As horses are big, crazy animals that unfortunately sometimes destroy things. It sucks we know, but blame them.

Taxes and Duties

Canadian residents will be charged corresponding taxes depending on which province they reside in.

 

Please be aware that Rebel Equestrian does not control what taxes and duties are charged by your country, should you be purchasing from somewhere outside of Canada. This is your responsibility and is out of our hands. If you are buying from a country other than Canada, you are accepting all duties and taxes that may be charged.
