Small Business Love

We are getting some beautiful spring weather, meaning it's time to RIDE. After a long winter of freezing and layers, it's time to bust out the summer shirts and focus on something other than the freezing tips of your fingers. 

With the warm weather comes show season and the quest for new riding gear. Rebel Equestrian will always root for local small business. We believe there is enough success for all of us, and I personally love connecting with local, like minded entrepreneurs. 

When a couple of local girls let me know about their new business idea, I was immediately super excited for them. They wanted to start an online horse tack consignment store. Brilliant right? The equestrian world is inherently expensive, and especially after the last year our economy has had, there's a market for re-using tack and accessories. 

The Tack Trove, is the latest online business venture to combine a consignment style business, while also utilizing the ecommerce platform. The business is based in the lower mainland of British Columbia which is a horse girl hot spot. They offer local pickup, and shipping is also available. 

They have some great goodies for sale, and are also always adding inventory to their store. Take a look here!
